Managed to find a terrific new store, the Cranbourne (Home Maker) Salvos, giant store about half the size of a Savers store, located at 10a/350 Gippsland Highway, Cranbourne North.
At first I was expecting a small sized Salvos similar to the ones I have come across before, but walking in I was amazed at the size of the store and the amount of items available. For those of you who love clothes, there are racks and racks of clothing, the books section was decent too, lots to choose from, a few cabinets with the “Special Stock”.
I managed to pick up a large bag of books, nothing rare, but good filler stock to attract people to the store. There was just so much variety and a lot of Hard Cover books too. I was impressed and will be making this part of our Treasure Hunt Run.

The weekend is coming up, why not pop into this store, find something interesting and let a few dollars go to a charity that does a lot of good in the community.
I will be taking a break from treasure hunting for a few days, I’m exhausted after this weeks trips… but keep your eyes on the blog as mores stories and locations may be listed meanwhile.
